At Artizan, our discovery process begins with patient samples. The Company recently started a research study to facilitate our work in central nervous system disorders, with an initial focus on Parkinson’s Disease (PD). Working in collaboration with Biohaven Pharmaceuticals, Artizan is studying the gut-brain connection in people with early-stage PD.
Artizan is currently seeking people diagnosed with PD within the past three years. Given the role genetics and environment play in the development of PD, you may be able to invite your spouse/partner, a first-degree relative, or other household member not related to you to help us with this important work for this observational study. All participants will be compensated for their time.
